I hated growing up as a skinny and weak ass Vietnamese kid with a piss poor self image and dangerously low levels of self-confidence. My search for a permanent solution to my powerless figure led me to a rare opportunity whereby I spent over a decade conducting field tests and experiments on hundreds of U.S. prisoners to uncover the most effective ways to gain muscle, lose body fat, and increase the physical performance of the human body.     It’s funny how people think working out is something impossible, and can’t be done. What I found is if you look at these people failing is all they know. They feel the need to cheat, and hate on everything, they do, or everyone they meet. If you work at anything you can achieve success. Will there be hardtimes yes, but whats the point in doing something if there is no challenge to it. Haters gonna hate!
