I hated growing up as a skinny and weak ass Vietnamese kid with a piss poor self image and dangerously low levels of self-confidence. My search for a permanent solution to my powerless figure led me to a rare opportunity whereby I spent over a decade conducting field tests and experiments on hundreds of U.S. prisoners to uncover the most effective ways to gain muscle, lose body fat, and increase the physical performance of the human body. I created this training blog to show you how to develop a strong and powerful body naturally, easily and quickly without any drugs because I sincerely believe that a strong and powerful body will change your life for the better just like it has for me and the lives of hundreds of prisoners that I have trained and rehabilitated.

Thanks Tai, it was many, many years after I did too much training that I found out about overworking and stress on the body as whole. Your videos are proving to be very helpful to many people.
Whats up Tai, congratulations on your soon to be new born son. You don’t have to worry about me I love working out. I have been lifting for years, but now I’m starting to study bodybuilding more in detail. This is the first time I have had a membeship at a gym, so I am like a kid in a candy store. I use to just lift at home, but because it was in the garage weather was sometimes a factor. I don’t like lifting with the door closed, and now winter is rolling in I would have stopped. But with the club membership I can go year round. I did take your advice about the six week cycle, so I’ll be taken a week off in between cycles. Be cool man.
